Can I pay in monthly installments?
Split payments are not available for our Fall Bouquet Subscription. However, if you opt for our Monthly Bouquet Subscription monthly payments are accepted.
Can I gift my bouquet if I am unavailable to receive it?
Yes! We would be happy to accommodate changes like this, we just require 24 hour advanced notice. If someone will be picking up in your place, please send us their name. If you are a delivery subscriber, please reach out to us with the new delivery name and address that is within our delivery boundaries.
Can I cancel a bouquet if I will be out of town or unavailable?
No, but we encourage you to gift it to someone! Please let us know the substitute person to pickup or deliver to in your absence. You may also choose to donate the bouquet if you prefer and we will donate it to a local hospital, nursing home or someone in need.
